He was named to the 2026 NCDC Dineen Cup Finals All-Tournament team.
“The past three seasons with the Kings are years I will remember for the rest of my life. From the success we’ve achieved to the memories and lifelong friendships I’ve made, these experiences are something I will always cherish. It starts at the top with Coach Holske and Coach Omicioli, who work tirelessly every day to help us become the best versions of ourselves, both on and off the ice. I am incredibly grateful to this organization and to my billets for shaping me into the person I am today. If I could do it all over again, I would. Thank you, South Shore.” – Jake Kavanagh
“I am beyond excited for Jake. This is well deserved! Jake spent 3 seasons in Foxboro. Not only was he an impact player in all 3 seasons for us, but he was an unbelievable leader and a big reason why we were able to win the Dineen Cup in 2024 and 2026 as well as the Founders Cup in 2025 and 2026. Jake scored some big-time goals for us over the years. The biggest goal being his last goal in a Kings uniform, the overtime winner to secure the Dineen Cup in 2026. Jake plays a winning brand of hockey every time he steps onto the ice. He is a true winner. I am glad I had the opportunity to coach him. I look forward to watching him succeed at the next level. The Norwich University community is getting an elite human being.” – GM/Head Coach Tyler Holske
Norwich University is a proud member of the Little East Conference.
Congratulations to Jake and his family on this outstanding accomplishment!
